halp: a programming problem (C/C++)

So im trying to fill an array with non repeating integer values (eg an array of 10, filled with the numbers 1-10 but randomly arranged).
looking for a relatively simple fast way of doing this that i understand! I've searched about on the net but most of them i have no idea what is going on.
Just wondering if any of you might be able to offer some help?
