2.24 is out and it is the so long needed good release

2.24 is finally out and it is better than sex.

I mean... I have had sex in.... I mean, I know how sex feels like umm....

Yeah anyway, full client and patch have been released. Time to download it. I tried the patch yesterday and it felt good but it could have been the fact that I haven't played Empires in 3-4 months because of  2.23 and it just felt good to play it again.

But what I noticed yesterday was that games are more prone to end already at MK II LT stage. Less mediums and arties on the field. Heavies may get researched sometimes but usually arty and meds are skipped more because of MK IIs. I think this is mostly because they are fast to research and cheaper than meds and are more useful and cheaper to buy than arties and they can get 2 slot weapons on them.

Anyway, let's see how this plays.

(Oh yeah yesterday we reached, I think, 59 players. That's a new record. ^^)
